By accessing or using our cloud ERP software, website, or related services, you agree to comply with this Policy and all applicable copyright laws, including the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

1. Ownership of Software and Content

1.1 All content, software, features, and functionalities available through Digitalyoke—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, layouts, designs, APIs, and source code—are the exclusive property of Digitalyoke or its licensors.

1.2 These materials are protected by copyright laws, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and international intellectual property treaties.

1.3 Unless expressly permitted in writing, you may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the platform.

• Create derivative works or modifications.

• Use our materials outside the scope of your subscription/license agreement.

2. User-Generated Content

2.1 You retain ownership of any content or data you upload to DigitalYoke.
2.2 By uploading or submitting such content, you grant Digitalyoke a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving our services.
2.3 You agree not to upload or share any content that infringes upon the copyrights or intellectual property rights of others.

3. Permitted Use

3.1 Digitalyoke grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the cloud ERP software solely for your internal business operations.

3.2 You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software.

• Use our materials to create competing products or services.

• Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from our materials.

• Share, resell, or transfer your access to third parties without written consent.

4. Prohibited Activities

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Copying or scraping our content or code without authorization.

• Using bots or automated tools to extract platform data.

• Violating any applicable copyright, trademark, or intellectual property laws.

5. Copyright Infringement Claims

If you believe your copyright has been infringed by content on Digitalyoke.com, send us a written mail containing:

1. Description of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.

2. Location (URL or screenshot) of the infringing material.

3. Your contact details (full name, address, phone, and email).

4. Good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized.

5. Legal statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

In compliance with applicable law, Digitalyoke may suspend or permanently terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe on copyright or other intellectual property rights.

7. Disclaimer

• DigitalYoke is not responsible for user-generated content and does not pre-screen all uploads.

• We act in good faith to remove infringing material once a valid notice is received.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Policy at any time. Updates will take effect immediately upon posting on Digitalyoke.com, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
