Refund & No-Refund Policy

(Effective Date: 1/4/2025)

This Refund & No-Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the subscription, billing, and refund process for the services provided by Sants Corporate Business (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”). By subscribing to or using Our services, you (“User”, “You”, or “Your”) agree to this Policy in full.

This Policy is framed in accordance with the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and other applicable laws of India.

1. Free Trial

1.1 Every new user is entitled to a free trial period of 15 calendar days starting from the date of account activation.
1.2 During this trial period, no subscription fees will be charged.
1.3 The trial is provided solely to allow Users to evaluate the services. No payments, refunds, or credits apply during this period.

2. Subscription & Billing Cycle

2.1 We offer monthly subscriptions only.
2.2 Billing Date: Invoices are generated on the last day of every calendar month.
2.3 Credit Period: A credit period of 30 days from the invoice date will be granted. Payment must be received within this period.
2.4 Non-Payment Consequence: If payment is not received within the credit period, the account will be permanently deleted. All associated data, content, databases, and server files will be irretrievably removed. We will not be responsible for maintaining or restoring any such data after deletion.

3. Advance Payments & Refunds

3.1 Users may choose to pay in advance for more than one month’s subscription.
3.2 In case of account cancellation by the User or by Us (due to policy violation, non-payment, or any other valid reason), the following refund terms will apply:

a. Refund Calculation:

• Any outstanding dues (unpaid invoices, late fees, penalties, etc.) will be deducted in full from the advance amount.

• The balance amount, if any, will be refunded.

b. Refund Process:

• Refunds will be issued within 30 days from the date of cancellation confirmation.

• A detailed statement of deductions will be provided along with the refund.

• Refunds will be processed via the original mode of payment unless otherwise mutually agreed.

3.3 No refund will be provided in the following cases:

• If the free trial period has been completed and the subscription month has started.

• For the current month’s charges once the billing date has passed.

• If the User’s account was terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or any applicable law.

4. Data Responsibility

4.1 Users are solely responsible for downloading or backing up their data before account closure or subscription termination.
4.2 Once an account is permanently deleted due to non-payment, policy violation, or user request, all stored data will be permanently erased from our systems without any liability on Us.

5. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify, update, or revise this Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our official website or notification to the User via registered email.
