Account Registration Policy

This Account Registration Policy (“Policy”) governs the process of creating, maintaining, and using an account on DigitalYoke.com (“Digitalyoke”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a cloud-based ERP and accounting software platform operated by Sants Corporate Business.

By registering an account, you agree to comply with this Policy, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Copyright Policy, and any other applicable terms.

1. Eligibility for Account Registration

To create an account with DigitalYoke, you must:

1. Be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.

2. Be a business, organization, or authorized individual representing a business entity using the Service for accounting, ERP, or other business purposes.

3. Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration.

4. Not have had an account previously suspended or terminated for policy violations.

2. Registration Information Required

During registration, you must provide:

• Account Information: A valid email address, username, and secure password.

• Business Information: Company name, billing address, contact details, and tax identification (if applicable).

• Additional Information: Any compliance or verification documents required for fraud prevention.

You agree to maintain the accuracy of your information and promptly update it if changes occur.

3. Account Security & Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials confidential.

• Using a strong, unique password and updating it periodically.

• Immediately notifying us of unauthorized account access or suspicious activity.

• Ensuring that only authorized persons in your organization use the account.

DigitalYoke is not liable for losses caused by failure to maintain account security.

4. Account Activation & Verification

• Account creation may require email or phone verification.

• We may request additional business verification for compliance.

• Accounts will be activated only after verification is complete.

5. Account Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

• Provide false or misleading data.

• Share your account access with unauthorized parties.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or account.

6. Subscription, Billing & Credit Terms

• 15-Day Free Trial: The first 15 days of use are free.

• Monthly Billing: Invoices are issued on the last day of each month.

• Credit Period: You have 30 days to settle invoices.

• Non-Payment: If payment is not received within the credit period, the account will be permanently deleted, and we are not responsible for retaining or recovering your data, database, or server contents.

• Advance Payments: If paying more than one month in advance, any outstanding dues will be deducted from the advance, and the balance refunded within 30 days after detailed examination.

7. Data Ownership & Privacy

• All data you input remains your property.

• We will process and store your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• Upon account termination, you may request your data within 7 days, after which it may be deleted permanently.

8. Account Termination

Your account may be terminated by us if:

• You violate this Policy or our Terms of Service.

• You provide false or incomplete information.

• You engage in illegal or fraudulent activities.

• You fail to make timely payments.

Upon termination, all access will be revoked and your data deleted in accordance with our Data Retention Policy.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy at any time. Updates will take effect upon posting on Digitalyoke.com. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
